     Thanks so much for helping us out - not only once with fixing our '99 Dodge Dakota but again, with our  2006 Kia Spectra. Nobody wants a huge semi to drag their truck across a parking lot and twist the frame every which way but loose - or - to hit a deer going 65 mph while driving in a small South Korean import - but...we did!

     After each accident we brought our vehicles to you and each time you helped answer all of our questions which calmed our fears about what we were supposed to do. I was also impressed by how you knew the insurance agents by their first names and what we could do to get our repairs done alot faster.
